"Les \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie et la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts de chauffage sont deux facteurs tr\u00e8s importants auxquels contribue l'utilisation de br\u00fbleurs \u00e0 biomasse (pellets) dans les fours \u00e0 pain professionnels, avec bien s\u00fbr la protection de l'environnement. L\u2019option la plus r\u00e9pandue est l\u2019utilisation de br\u00fbleurs \u00e0 pellets de biomasse. Une alternative renouvelable, \u00e9conomique et respectueuse du climat au p\u00e9trole et au gaz naturel co\u00fbteux. Les pellets de biomasse sont un biocombustible solide renouvelable de haute qualit\u00e9, et en particulier des agr\u00e9gats de biomasse ligneuse. Contrairement aux combustibles biomasses conventionnels (b\u00fbches de bois, rognures d'arbres, etc.), les pellets parviennent \u00e0 combiner certaines caract\u00e9ristiques pr\u00e9cieuses : faible humidit\u00e9 (8-10%), contenu \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e9lev\u00e9 et uniformit\u00e9 de forme (cylindrique) et de taille (longueur 30 -40 mm et diam\u00e8tre 6-8 mm), un \u00e9l\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s important pour le transport et le stockage du carburant. Aucun produit chimique n\u2019est utilis\u00e9 dans leur traitement, seulement de la haute pression et de la vapeur. Ils ne p\u00e8sent donc pas lourd, mais au contraire, ils respectent l'environnement.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Les br\u00fbleurs \u00e0 pellets dans les fours de boulangerie, mais aussi dans les s\u00e9choirs, dans les s\u00e9choirs, dans les h\u00f4tels et dans de nombreux autres usages professionnels assurent une \u00e9conomie qui peut atteindre le 70% par rapport au fioul.<\/p>\n

Il y a 18 ans, en raison de l'environnement atmosph\u00e9rique d\u00e9grad\u00e9 \u00e0 Ath\u00e8nes et \u00e0 Thessalonique, l'utilisation de la biomasse dans les installations de chauffage central des deux centres urbains \u00e9tait interdite. Gr\u00e2ce aux progr\u00e8s des technologies de combustion des pellets, le Minist\u00e8re de L'environnement a reconnu qu'il contribue \u00e0 \u00e9conomiser de l'\u00e9nergie et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de chauffage par rapport \u00e0 l'utilisation de combustibles conventionnels. Ainsi, afin d'harmoniser avec l'exp\u00e9rience europ\u00e9enne correspondante (paragraphe 3 des paragraphes 1 et 2 de la directive 2009\/28\/CE du Parlement europ\u00e9en et du Conseil du 23 avril 2009 concernant la promotion de l'utilisation de l'\u00e9nergie provenant de Sources Renouvelables), a r\u00e9vis\u00e9 le cadre institutionnel en levant l'interdiction d'utilisation des br\u00fbleurs centraux de biomasse \u00e0 Ath\u00e8nes et \u00e0 Thessalonique (Y.A. avec n\u00b0 IIK 189533\/7.11.2011) sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab R\u00e9glementation des questions li\u00e9es au fonctionnement des po\u00eales \u00e0 combustion fixe pour le chauffage des b\u00e2timents et de l'eau", qui permet l'utilisation de la biomasse solide comme combustible dans les installations de chauffage central des b\u00e2timents et de production d'eau chaude sanitaire et de vapeur dans les pr\u00e9fectures susmentionn\u00e9es". Placer le br\u00fbleur \u00e0 pellets dans le four de chaque boulangerie est la solution la plus fiable pour minimiser les co\u00fbts de cuisson, qui constituent \u00e9galement la d\u00e9pense la plus importante pour une boulangerie.<\/p>\n
