\"pellet2\"La qualit\u00e9 des granul\u00e9s de bois est d'une importance d\u00e9cisive pour le fonctionnement efficace d'une chaudi\u00e8re \u00e0 biomasse fonctionnant au combustible \u00e0 granul\u00e9s.
<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Surtout dans le cas des consommateurs domestiques, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'utiliser uniquement des pellets de qualit\u00e9 certifi\u00e9e, tant pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques qu'environnementales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Quand le granul\u00e9s de bois<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits pour la premi\u00e8re fois comme carburant pour le chauffage domestique<\/strong> en Europe, un certain nombre de probl\u00e8mes de qualit\u00e9 sont rapidement apparus. Ces probl\u00e9matiques \u00e9taient li\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois au comportement du carburant lors de sa manipulation (transport, stockage, etc.) et \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de combustion<\/strong> de. <\/span><\/p>\n

Crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 importants, comme par ex. la faible teneur en cendres et poussi\u00e8res (d\u00e9bris), la haute point de fusion des cendres<\/strong> etc. sont les principales caract\u00e9ristiques du combustible pour une combustion efficace dans la chaudi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Par exemple, une question cl\u00e9 \u00e9tait la durabilit\u00e9 des pellets<\/strong> et leur teneur en poussi\u00e8re. Comme les pellets en vrac sont entra\u00een\u00e9s par un syst\u00e8me pneumatique depuis les camions de transport jusqu'\u00e0 leur zone de stockage \u00e0 grande vitesse, en cas de faible r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique<\/strong> sont \u00e9cras\u00e9s et transform\u00e9s en sciure<\/strong>. Cependant, la sciure de bois a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de combustion compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rentes de celles des pellets et ne peut pas \u00eatre br\u00fbl\u00e9e efficacement dans les chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 pellets. Un probl\u00e8me tout aussi important est la teneur en cendres du combustible, ainsi que le comportement de fusion de ces cendres. Une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en cendres, souvent associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de fusion des cendres plus basse, a conduit \u00e0 une panne de chaudi\u00e8re car le des cendres fondues se sont d\u00e9pos\u00e9es<\/strong> dans diverses parties de la chaudi\u00e8re emp\u00eachant la combustion douce des pellets. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu'une teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en cendres entra\u00eene une \u00e9mission accrue de polluants, ce qui cr\u00e9e des probl\u00e8mes environnementaux et juridiques li\u00e9s au fonctionnement de la chaudi\u00e8re. L'origine du pellet est \u00e9galement d\u00e9terminante. Si la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re est du bois non propre (par exemple trait\u00e9 chimiquement, peint, etc.), cela risque non seulement d'entra\u00eener des dysfonctionnements du syst\u00e8me de chauffage, mais aussi une augmentation des \u00e9missions de polluants atmosph\u00e9riques, ce qui entra\u00eene cessation d'activit\u00e9<\/strong> de la loi. Pour \u00e9liminer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, les normes de qualit\u00e9 des pellets incluent la mesure d'une liste d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs d'une contamination tels que azote, soufre et m\u00e9taux lourds<\/strong>. Selon les sp\u00e9cifications de la nouvelle norme ENplus A1, les pellets de bois doivent contenir au maximum 1% en poudre. Lors de l'alimentation en vrac du mat\u00e9riau dans un r\u00e9servoir de stockage\/silo, il est bien s\u00fbr difficile d'\u00e9viter le d\u00e9veloppement de certaines poussi\u00e8res, mais il peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 du carburant.<\/span><\/p>\n

La nouvelle norme europ\u00e9enne pour combustibles solides de biomasse<\/strong> entr\u00e9e en vigueur en 2011. La norme en question, dans la continuit\u00e9 de la norme g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u0395\u039d14961-1, est la EN14961-2 \u00ab Biocarburants solides \u2013 sp\u00e9cification des carburants et classes \u2013 Partie 2 : Granul\u00e9s de bois \u00e0 usage non industriel \u00bb<\/strong>. La nouvelle norme europ\u00e9enne de qualit\u00e9 des granul\u00e9s de bois est mise en \u0153uvre en Europe par ENplus, qui exige les normes de qualit\u00e9 les plus strictes. OU Certification ENplus<\/strong> elle fixe non seulement des normes de qualit\u00e9 pour le produit en pellets, mais \u00e9galement pour son commerce. Un avantage cl\u00e9 pour un consommateur qui choisit la qualit\u00e9 de granul\u00e9s de bois ENplus est la certitude d'obtenir un produit de qualit\u00e9 certifi\u00e9e, r\u00e9alisant ainsi une combustion efficace, \u00e9conomique et \u00e9cologique dans sa chaudi\u00e8re ou son po\u00eale. Il est \u00e0 noter que la norme europ\u00e9enne \u0395\u039d14961-2 est en cours de conversion en norme mondiale de l'organisation ISO<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

La norme EN 14961-2 inclut les cat\u00e9gories de qualit\u00e9 A1 et A2<\/strong> qui peut \u00eatre caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par le terme ENplus. La classe A1 correspond aux granul\u00e9s de bois de la plus haute qualit\u00e9 pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans chaudi\u00e8res domestiques<\/strong> et po\u00eales \u00e0 granul\u00e9s<\/strong>. La cat\u00e9gorie A2 est utilis\u00e9e dans les installations de puissance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, mais c'est \u00e9galement un combustible avec une teneur en cendres plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les pellets pour applications industrielles<\/strong> sont certifi\u00e9s par cat\u00e9gorie B<\/strong> et ne s'appellent pas ENplus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour le chauffage domestique des m\u00e9nages priv\u00e9s, il est recommand\u00e9 d'utiliser uniquement des granul\u00e9s de bois certifi\u00e9s \u0395\u039dplus de classe A1. Les pellets de classe A2 sont utilis\u00e9s dans les applications de chaudi\u00e8res de puissance accrue (sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 100 kW) et diff\u00e8rent de la classe A1 en termes de teneur en cendres et de comportement \u00e0 la fusion des cendres (qui est une mesure requise pour la norme ENplus, mais pas pour EN). De plus, la gamme de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de base pour la production de ces pellets est plus large que pour la cat\u00e9gorie ENplus A1. Dans tous les cas, les fabricants de chaudi\u00e8res doivent \u00e9galement autoriser l\u2019utilisation de pellets de classe A2 dans leurs chaudi\u00e8res.<\/span><\/p>\n
