\"pellet2\"La qualit\u00e0 del pellet di legno \u00e8 di importanza decisiva per il funzionamento efficiente di una caldaia a biomassa che funziona con combustibile a pellet.
<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Soprattutto nel caso dei consumatori domestici \u00e8 necessario utilizzare solo pellet di qualit\u00e0 certificata, sia per ragioni economiche che ambientali.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Quando il pellet di legno<\/strong> furono introdotti per la prima volta come carburante per il riscaldamento domestico<\/strong> in Europa sono emersi rapidamente numerosi problemi di qualit\u00e0. Tali problematiche erano legate sia al comportamento del combustibile durante la sua movimentazione (trasporto, stoccaggio, ecc.) sia alla propriet\u00e0 di combustione<\/strong> Di. <\/span><\/p>\n

Criteri di qualit\u00e0 importanti, come ad es. il basso contenuto di ceneri e polvere (detriti), l'alto punto di fusione delle ceneri<\/strong> ecc. sono caratteristiche primarie del combustibile per una combustione efficiente nella caldaia.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ad esempio, una questione chiave \u00e8 stata la durabilit\u00e0 del pellet<\/strong> e il loro contenuto di polvere. Poich\u00e9 i pellet sfusi vengono guidati da un sistema pneumatico dai camion di trasporto alla loro area di stoccaggio ad alta velocit\u00e0, in caso di bassa resistenza meccanica<\/strong> vengono schiacciati e trasformati in segatura<\/strong>. La segatura, tuttavia, ha propriet\u00e0 di combustione completamente diverse rispetto ai pellet e non pu\u00f2 essere bruciata in modo efficiente nelle caldaie a pellet. Una questione altrettanto importante \u00e8 il contenuto di ceneri del combustibile, nonch\u00e9 il comportamento di fusione di queste ceneri. Un elevato contenuto di ceneri, che spesso viene associato ad una temperatura di fusione delle ceneri pi\u00f9 bassa, ha portato al guasto della caldaia si deposit\u00f2 la cenere fusa<\/strong> in varie parti della caldaia impedendo la buona combustione del pellet. Allo stesso tempo, \u00e8 stato dimostrato che un alto livello di ceneri porta all'emissione di maggiori sostanze inquinanti, il che crea problemi ambientali e di licenza\/legali nel funzionamento della caldaia. Anche la provenienza del pellet \u00e8 determinante. Nel caso in cui la materia prima sia legno non pulito (es. trattato chimicamente, verniciato, ecc.) \u00e8 pi\u00f9 probabile che si verifichino non solo malfunzionamenti dell'impianto di riscaldamento, ma anche maggiori emissioni di inquinanti atmosferici, di conseguenza la cessazione dell'attivit\u00e0<\/strong> della legge. Per eliminare questo fenomeno, gli standard di qualit\u00e0 del pellet prevedono la misurazione di un elenco di elementi chimici indicativi di contaminazione come azoto, zolfo e metalli pesanti<\/strong>. Secondo le specifiche della nuova norma ENplus A1, il pellet di legno deve contenere al massimo 1% in polvere. Durante l'alimentazione sfusa del materiale in un serbatoio\/silo di stoccaggio, ovviamente, lo sviluppo di polvere \u00e8 difficile da evitare, ma pu\u00f2 essere notevolmente ridotto, a seconda della qualit\u00e0 del combustibile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il nuovo standard europeo per combustibili solidi da biomassa<\/strong> \u00e8 entrato in vigore nel 2011. La norma in questione, continuazione della norma generale \u0395\u039d14961-1, \u00e8 la EN14961-2 \u201cBiocombustibili solidi \u2013 Specifica dei combustibili e classi \u2013 Parte 2: Pellet di legno per uso non industriale\u201d<\/strong>. Il nuovo standard europeo di qualit\u00e0 del pellet di legno \u00e8 implementato in Europa da ENplus, che richiede gli standard di qualit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 severi. O Certificazione ENplus<\/strong> non fissa solo gli standard di qualit\u00e0 per il prodotto pellet, ma anche per il suo commercio. Un vantaggio chiave per un consumatore che sceglie la qualit\u00e0 del pellet di legno ENplus \u00e8 la certezza di ottenere un prodotto di qualit\u00e0 certificata, che di conseguenza effettua una combustione efficiente, economica ed ecologica nella sua caldaia o stufa. Si segnala che la norma europea \u0395\u039d14961-2 \u00e8 in fase di conversione standard globale da parte dell\u2019Organizzazione ISO<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

La norma EN 14961-2 comprende categorie di qualit\u00e0 A1 e A2<\/strong> che pu\u00f2 essere caratterizzato con il termine ENplus. La classe A1 \u00e8 il pellet di legno della massima qualit\u00e0 in cui \u00e8 possibile utilizzare caldaie domestiche<\/strong> E stufe a pellet<\/strong>. La categoria A2 viene utilizzata negli impianti di maggiore potenza, mentre \u00e8 anche un combustibile con un contenuto di ceneri pi\u00f9 elevato. Il pellet per applicazioni industriali<\/strong> sono certificati attraverso categoria B<\/strong> e non si chiamano ENplus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Per il riscaldamento domestico nelle abitazioni private, si consiglia di utilizzare solo pellet di legno certificato \u0395\u039dplus di classe A1. I pellet di classe A2 vengono utilizzati in applicazioni per caldaie di maggiore potenza (oltre 100 kW) e differiscono dalla classe A1 in termini di contenuto di ceneri e comportamento di fusione delle ceneri (che \u00e8 una misura richiesta per lo standard ENplus, ma non per EN). Inoltre, la gamma delle materie prime di base per la produzione di questi pellet \u00e8 pi\u00f9 ampia rispetto alla classe ENplus A1. In ogni caso i produttori di caldaie devono consentire l'utilizzo nelle loro caldaie anche di pellet di classe A2.<\/span><\/p>\n
